Billing Information

Internet services are paid prior to the service being received. All new NEDV accounts are billed quarterly unless you have chosen one of our other pre-paid options for increased savings. Your credit card is charged no more than 10 days before your account is due. If you are invoiced, the invoice will be sent to you at least three weeks prior to your due date. If payment is not received promptly on your due date, your account may be temporarily shutoff until payment is received. (Please see our Terms of Service.).
